A: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, a 70% refund will be issued. If you cancel within one week of your stay, only a 30% refund will be provided. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
